For those of you in Southeast Aurora/Centennial area, I have 600 sq ft of open space plus all of the equipment from my retail location in California!
If you’re looking for a place to learn dance moves or hide in the back of the room, take yourself to Zoomba-cise. When you come to Simple Strength & Fitness, we may shake our booties for warm-up or cool-down, but we also learn how to move them to avoid back injuries! Our classes combine cardio, strength, and flexibility training into each and every kettlebell workout. Our classes are small (no more than fifteen people per class) so everyone gets individual attention- in kettlebell training, we call it “tough love”. You will learn how to move your body and how to get stronger without gaining bulk! You will work hard AND you will see results!
Personal Fitness Training
Personal training at Simple Strength & Fitness is just that. It’s PERSONAL! There is no such thing as the “workout of the day”: we cater to YOUR needs, not ours. We work with YOUR body and YOUR goals on the day you come in.
Small Group Fitness Training:
It’s like personal training but with a friend! Find a buddy with similar goals and cut costs by coming in together to workout. With 2-4 people, we’re able to give you a workout that meets the needs of the group as well as make adjustments for each person.

Training in your home
If you love to work out at home, I can come to you! Invite friends to get a group workout going and keep the price down for everyone. I have set aside times during the week to travel to my clients in and around Denver, so check out the schedule and book a session for you and your friends.
$100/hour personal training
$120/hour small group (up to 5 people)
Live far away but still want to train with Val at Simple Strength & Fitness? Let’s bring the workout to you! Schedule an iChat or Skype session, put your laptop in your home gym, and we’ll train! Bonus: I’ll send you the workout we did over email so you can train to your heart’s content!
$100/hr skype or iChat session
Like working out on your own but need a plan? Val will write one for you to do on your own. You do the workouts as prescribed and get in awesome shape for less than the price of 2 training sessions!
$150 for one personal training session and a program to follow
Total Health Makeover:
Need a major shift in your life? Is your eating out of control? Can’t seem to find the time to exercise? We’ll help you with our Total Health Makeover. Every week, you will be asked to make healthy changes to your routine and pretty soon, you’ll be slimmer, healthier, and more active!
Bi-Weekly Online Workouts:
Can’t get to Simple Strength & Fitness every day? Workout with Val via the internet! Watch the latest workout on your computer and do the workout with me. New workouts are posted every 2 weeks so you never get bored.
