I don’t know about all of you, but I had my fair share (and sometimes more than my fair share) of desserts and holiday beverages. I feel like garbage and I need to take out the trash! That means a couple things: (1) cleaning out the garbage food in the pantry, (2) making my grocery list for the good quality food, and (3) commiting to a regular exercise routine again. 1-min Squat
30-sec Swing
1-min RKC Plank
30-sec R-arm Swings
1-min R-arm Front Squat & Press
30-sec L-arm Swings
1-min L-arm Front Squat & Press
30-sec Swing
1-min Plank w/Knee-Ins
30-sec Swing
1-min Superman
REPEAT!
