For those of you who don’t know, I am a “Step-Monster”. Have been for about a year now.  I was introduced to the wonderfully helpful Step-Mom magazine and proposed a new section on fitness.  January is my first month as a contributor and unless you subscribe at www.stepmommagazine.com, you won’t have the workout, but you can all benefit from the video tutorials!
