Alright, in December we talked about MODERATION and allowing yourself to have a treat or two. But it’s January now and we’re going to talk about GETTING BACK ON TRACK!

I don’t know about all of you, but I had my fair share (and sometimes more than my fair share) of desserts and holiday beverages. I feel like garbage and I need to take out the trash! That means a couple things: (1) cleaning out the garbage food in the pantry, (2) making my grocery list for the good quality food, and (3) commiting to a regular exercise routine again.

I’m starting a cleanse on Monday, January 9th, and I’d love to have you all join me! So, the weekend before, I’ll be:

  1. cleaning out my cupboards
  2. going to the grocery store to buy fruits, veggies, and lean meats
  3. cutting up those fruits, veggies, and lean meats so that they’re ready for me for the week
  4. getting mentally ready for the cleanse
  5. planning my workouts for the week

Let’s all start this year off right and feel better than ever by February!
