Alright, in December we talked about MODERATION and allowing yourself to have a treat or two. But it’s January now and we’re going to talk about GETTING BACK ON TRACK!
I don’t know about all of you, but I had my fair share (and sometimes more than my fair share) of desserts and holiday beverages. I feel like garbage and I need to take out the trash! That means a couple things: (1) cleaning out the garbage food in the pantry, (2) making my grocery list for the good quality food, and (3) commiting to a regular exercise routine again.
I’m starting a cleanse on Monday, January 9th, and I’d love to have you all join me! So, the weekend before, I’ll be:
- cleaning out my cupboards
- going to the grocery store to buy fruits, veggies, and lean meats
- cutting up those fruits, veggies, and lean meats so that they’re ready for me for the week
- getting mentally ready for the cleanse
- planning my workouts for the week
Let’s all start this year off right and feel better than ever by February!
